- 当前没有发现需要开启 v0.1.8E Visual Calibration Fixes 的问题

v0.1.8D 完成后停止。今晚不再修改 EAGLE、Codex 或 VICTUS。

下一阶段建议进入一个新的 bounded Gate：让 VICTUS Desktop Pet 开始连接 EAGLE PAL Core，使状态逐步从手动菜单控制转向 PAL Core authoritative state 驱动。

继续保持：
- 一次一个 Gate
- Gate 内 continuous authorization
- Gate-to-Gate 必须人工批准
- 不扩大到 voice / HA / Memory / FRO / production，除非后续 Gate 明确批准
