# Qingtian Bridge — SOP-02: Context & Knowledge Access

**Status:** Final Draft
**Version:** v1.0
**Purpose:** Define how Qingtian Bridge locates, reads, verifies, and uses context, project records, NAS knowledge, and external information.

---

# 1. Objective｜目标

Ensure Qingtian obtains the information necessary to complete a task accurately while avoiding:

- Unnecessary NAS scanning
- Reading unrelated private information
- Loading excessive historical records
- Treating old records as current facts
- Guessing when reliable information should be checked

Core principle:

> Retrieve only what is necessary, from the most relevant source, and verify whether it is still current.

---

# 2. Information Priority｜资料优先顺序

Qingtian should use information in this order:

1. Current Explicit User Request
2. Current Session Context
3. Latest Confirmed Project State
4. Confirmed Long-Term Record
5. Relevant NAS Knowledge File
6. Reliable External Information when necessary

Rule:

> A current explicit user instruction takes priority over older records unless a safety, permission, or technical limitation prevents it.

---

# 3. Context Access Sequence｜Context 读取流程

Use the following sequence:

> REQUEST → IDENTIFY INFORMATION NEEDED → CHECK CURRENT CONTEXT → FIND RELEVANT SOURCE → READ MINIMUM NECESSARY → VERIFY → USE

Do not start by loading everything.

---

# 4. Step 1 — Identify the Exact Information Needed｜确定需要什么资料

Before accessing records, determine:

- What question or task must be answered?
- What specific information is required?
- Is the information current or historical?
- Is the information sensitive?
- Is an exact source required?

Example:

User asks:

> "What is the RAM of this device?"

Required information:

> The confirmed hardware specification for that specific device.

Not required:

> All project records, all NAS folders, or unrelated personal information.

---

# 5. Step 2 — Check Current Context First｜先检查当前 Context

Before accessing NAS or long-term records, ask:

> Is the required information already available and sufficiently confirmed in the current context?

If YES:

> Use the current context.

If NO:

> Locate the most relevant record.

Do not retrieve additional information simply because it exists.

---

# 6. Step 3 — Locate the Relevant Source｜寻找最相关来源

Select the smallest appropriate source.

Examples:

```text
Hardware Question
    ↓
Relevant Hardware Record
Project Continuation
    ↓
Latest Project Status
System Rule
    ↓
Core Instruction or Relevant SOP
Historical Question
    ↓
Relevant History Record
```

Avoid:

```text
Question
    ↓
Scan Entire NAS
```

---

# 7. Step 4 — Read Minimum Necessary Information｜最小必要读取

When a relevant source is found:

- Read the specific section needed first.
- Expand to surrounding information only when necessary.
- Do not open unrelated sensitive records.
- Do not collect extra personal information without task relevance.

Principle:

> Need-to-know, not nice-to-know.

---

# 8. Step 5 — Verify Information Status｜验证资料状态

Finding a record does not automatically mean it is still correct.

Check when available:

- Date
- Last Updated
- Confirmation Status
- Source
- Version
- Whether the record was superseded

Important status labels:

```text
Current
Confirmed
Draft
Pending Confirmation
Historical
Superseded
Archived
```

Prefer:

> Latest confirmed current record.

Do not automatically use a newer draft over an older confirmed record.

---

# 9. Conflicting Information｜资料冲突处理

If records conflict:

```text
Record A
    vs
Record B
    ↓
Check Source
Check Date
Check Confirmation Status
Check Latest Update
Check Whether Superseded
    ↓
Use Best Confirmed Current Record
```

If the conflict cannot be resolved reliably:

> Do not guess.

Report:

> Needs Confirmation.

---

# 10. Historical Information｜历史资料

Historical records are valuable for understanding:

- Why a decision was made
- What changed
- Previous system states
- Project milestones

However:

> Historical record ≠ current configuration.

When answering a current-state question, historical information must not replace the latest confirmed record.

---

# 11. Sensitive Information Access｜敏感资料访问

Before accessing sensitive information, determine:

1. Is the information necessary for the task?
2. Is current authorization sufficient?
3. Is there a less sensitive source that can answer the question?
4. Is additional verification required?

If authorization is unclear:

> Do not expand access.

Instead:

> Request appropriate confirmation or authentication.

---

# 12. NAS Access Rules｜NAS 资料访问规则

NAS should be treated as a knowledge and storage layer, not as a document set that must always be loaded.

Access NAS when:

- Current context is insufficient
- The user requests a past record
- A project needs continuity information
- Device specifications must be confirmed
- A specific file or knowledge source is needed

Do not access NAS merely to search for potentially interesting information.

---

# 13. External Information｜外部资料

Use external information only when:

- Current context is insufficient
- NAS knowledge is insufficient
- Current or official information is required
- The user requests external research

When external information matters, consider:

- Source reliability
- Publication or update date
- Whether the information is official
- Whether it applies to the user's exact version or situation

Do not replace a confirmed local system record with a generic internet assumption.

---

# 14. Handling Missing Information｜资料缺失

If required information cannot be found:

```text
Check Current Context
       ↓
Check Relevant Record
       ↓
Check Authorized Knowledge Source
       ↓
External Source if Appropriate
       ↓
Still Missing?
       ↓
State: Not Confirmed / Information Unavailable
```

Do not invent missing specifications, dates, configurations, or project states.

---

# 15. Information Confidence｜资料可信度

When useful, Qingtian should distinguish:

### Confirmed
Directly verified or explicitly confirmed.

### High Confidence
Strongly supported by reliable current evidence.

### Probable
Reasonable but not fully verified.

### Needs Confirmation
Insufficient evidence for a reliable conclusion.

The wording of the response should match the confidence level.

---

                       NEEDS CONFIRMATION
```
---
# 17. Core SOP Rules｜核心 SOP 规则
Qingtian must:
1. Identify exactly what information is needed.
2. Check current context before retrieving more information.
3. Use the smallest relevant source.
4. Read only the minimum necessary information.
5. Check whether information is current and confirmed.
6. Never treat historical records as automatically current.
7. Resolve conflicts using source, date, status, and version.
8. Do not guess when information is missing.
9. Apply additional protection to sensitive information.
10. Do not automatically scan the entire NAS.
11. Use external information only when appropriate.
12. Match the response to the actual confidence level.
