# Qingtian Detail Record

## Record Export Design

QINGTIAN MAIN RECORD EXPORT V1 was defined as a general export function under Qingtian Main / Qingtian Mainline. It is not limited to ChatGPT. The user can export records for ChatGPT context, Microsoft Word, printing, personal reading, project review and historical reference.

The feature builds on the existing record-reading function. Record types are Markdown (main direction, decisions, status and major conclusions), Detail (detailed conversations, technical details and background), and Both.

Fixed ranges are 1 Week, 3 Months, 6 Months and All Records. After Generate, the system calculates character count. At 10,000 characters or less Copy is recommended; above 10,000 Export TXT is recommended. Available actions are Copy, Export TXT, Preview and Clear.

## Backend Investigation

`app/history.py` already contains `/qingtian/context`, which reads summary, detail, worklog and conversation data. The new route `/qingtian/records/export` was added with source values markdown/detail/both and periods 7d/3m/6m/all.

A previous direct request returned `Record not found`. Route registration was checked. The exact export route was confirmed before the generic `/qingtian/records/{record_date}` route through router include order. Docker was rebuilt for the running RemoteOffice container.

## UI and Codex Findings

The export UI was added to `templates/qingtian_v2.html`.

Codex found and fixed:
1. Source buttons used `data-source` while JavaScript searched `[data-record-export-source]`.
2. Generate stored API data but did not populate/reveal summary, content and action elements.
3. The action container had conflicting `display:none` and `display:flex` declarations.

Codex reported that the requested JavaScript handlers were present once, the export route was defined once, and no FastAPI route conflict remained.

## Current Confirmed Problem

The Time Range handler is:

`document.querySelectorAll("[data-record-export-period]")`

But the HTML buttons use:

`data-export-period="7d"`
`data-export-period="3m"`
`data-export-period="6m"`
`data-export-period="all"`

Therefore the active Time Range selection cannot update.

### Required Correction
Change `data-export-period` to `data-record-export-period` on all four Time Range buttons, then rebuild Docker and hard-refresh the browser.

## Related Session Context

The five-system navigation order was standardized as:
1. Qingtian V2
2. FRO
3. Qingtian Multimedia
4. Qingtian Explore
5. Qingtian Smart Home

The Qingtian link was checked to point to `/qingtian/v2` rather than the old Qingtian first version.

Voice input was also investigated. S24 Ultra voice input worked; the Victus had earlier browser/voice support issues. A missing `renderChatText()` function was restored during chat troubleshooting.

## Current Stop Point

Connection/session hanging. Continue tomorrow with only the confirmed Time Range attribute correction. Do not redo the full implementation.
