Today the FRO Share File core workflow was completed and confirmed through an actual browser test.

QNAP Share File
→ FRO Share Target Browser

→ Create Share Link

→ File displayed
→ Download
→ Windows Save As
→ File successfully downloadable

## Security

Share tokens are target-bound.

A token cannot escape its assigned folder/file target.

Path traversal attempts were rejected with 403.

Recipient does not need:

- FRO Admin Login
- Tailscale
- FRO application

## Design Decision

Email OTP / Yahoo SMTP has been removed from the intended Share File workflow.

The Share Token itself is the access credential.

## NOT YET COMPLETE

### 1. HTTP Range / Resumable Download

Do not split physical files.

Keep the original QNAP file intact.

Implement HTTP Range Requests so interrupted downloads can resume.

### 2. Whole Folder Download

`Download All` should provide a ZIP containing only the permitted shared-folder contents.

Actual ZIP end-to-end download still needs testing.

### 3. Production Hardening

Additional expiry, traversal, target-boundary, invalid-token, and expired-token tests should be performed.
