# Qingtian / FRO Daily Checkpoint --- 2026-09-15

继续完成 Qingtian NAS Memory Bridge 的 ChatGPT 端到端连接与验证，让普通
ChatGPT 对话可以通过 Qingtian Memory Plugin → Secure MCP Tunnel → IEI
MCP → Qingtian Memory API → NAS 读取真实记录。

## 今日完成

### 1. Qingtian Memory Plugin 已连接

-   ChatGPT 已成功连接 `Qingtian Memory` Plugin。
-   Plugin 已发现 MCP tool：`qingtian_memory_query`。
-   Local MCP Adapter 与 Secure MCP Tunnel 已经工作。
-   当前链路已经到达：
    `QNAP NAS → IEI Qingtian Memory API → qingtian-mcp → Secure MCP Tunnel → ChatGPT Plugin`

### 2. New Chat 实际 Retrieval 测试

测试问题： `晴天，昨晚我们做到哪里？`

第一次回答声称找回： - FRO P2B L1 checkpoint - Q3 ERP + D3 + Hardening -
1731 张素材 - 3 个 registry - FRO ↔ SE40 alignment

随后要求系统只用 NAS/IEI source 验证。

验证结果： - `dates_read`: 2026-09-14 - `timezone`: Asia/Kuala_Lumpur -
`interpreted_as`: last_night - `date_range`: 2026-09-14 → 2026-09-14 -
`sources`: \[\] - `items_returned`: 0 - `status`: no_match -
`project_state`: null - `truncated`: false

结论： 第一次回答中的 P2B / Q3 ERP / 1731 / SE40 等内容没有 NAS source
支持，不能视为 NAS 已验证记录。ChatGPT 在 NAS no_match 后错误使用了其他
memory/context 补充。

### 3. Failure Handling 再测试

进一步要求只查询 NAS/IEI，并向前查询 2026-09-14、09-13、09-12。

结果： Qingtian Memory 的读取请求被 ChatGPT
安全检查阻挡，因此没有取得这三天的 source。

正确区分： `blocked / retrieval failure ≠ no_match`

这一次 ChatGPT 没有再把 memory 当成 NAS source，失败处理方向正确。

### 4. 找到下一项问题

ChatGPT Plugin UI 对 `qingtian_memory_query` 显示： - PUBLIC WRITE -
OPEN WORLD - DESTRUCTIVE

但实际设计的 Qingtian Memory tool 是 bounded、read-only、无 NAS write。

因此下一步需要检查 MCP tool annotations / safety metadata。

### 5. Codex Assessment 尚未开始

已准备让 Codex 在 IEI 做 read-only assessment： - 找出 tool declaration
/ registration - 检查当前 annotations - 检查 MCP SDK 实际版本 - 确认
`readOnlyHint` - 确认 `destructiveHint` - 评估 `openWorldHint` - 评估
`idempotentHint` - 提出 minimum patch

限制： 不修改代码、不 rebuild、不 restart、不动 NAS、不暴露 token/key。

### 6. IEI / VS Code 状态

准备开始 Codex assessment 时，VS Code Remote-SSH 出现： -
`OfflineError` - `Attempting to reconnect` - 长时间无法重新连接

目前尚未确认： 1. 只是 VS Code Remote-SSH 连接问题；或 2. IEI 本身再次
hang / 网络失联。

今晚决定停止继续测试，不重启 IEI。

## 当前 Checkpoint

核心链路已经证明能够让 ChatGPT 发现 Qingtian Memory MCP
tool，并曾实际进入 retrieval 流程。

目前主要 blocker： **MCP tool safety annotations / ChatGPT action
classification。**

## 明天第一步

1.  检查 IEI 是否在线。
2.  检查 SSH / VS Code Remote-SSH。
3.  确认 `qingtian-mcp` 与 tunnel-client 状态。
4.  Codex 对 MCP annotations 做 read-only assessment。
5.  确认实际 SDK syntax 后才做 minimum patch。
6.  重新进行 NAS source-only end-to-end retrieval test。

## 重要规则

-   NAS `no_match` 时不得使用 ChatGPT memory 冒充 NAS 记录。
-   Retrieval blocked/failed 时不得报告 `no_match`。
-   "昨晚做到哪里"最终必须以 NAS/IEI source metadata 为依据。
-   不从头重做；明天从本 checkpoint 继续。
